The attached file shows the analysis of our spectrum/color data. It has the electron total for each substance or element, along with the approximate number of lines we saw with the spectroscopes. Electrons and light are connected: excited by heat or electricity, atoms will give off light as their electrons jump to higher energy levels, then fall back to ground state. Light is called electromagnetic radiation. |
